01What is Nexus Signatures?
Nexus Signatures is an online tool for creating and managing professional email signatures for everyone in your business. You design a signature once, add your team’s details, and roll it out to Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and other email apps.
02Which email apps does it work with?
Microsoft 365 and Outlook (through the Nexus Signatures Outlook add-in), Google Workspace and Gmail (signatures pushed to every user), and Apple Mail (with a step-by-step install guide). For any other email app you can copy clean, email-safe HTML in one click.
03Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with Starter plan features, and you don’t need to enter any payment details to start. You can also try the free signature generator without creating an account at all.
04What happens when my free trial ends?
To keep using Nexus Signatures, choose a paid plan from your billing page. As we never take card details for the trial, you’ll never be charged without choosing a plan first.
05How is pricing worked out?
Plans are based on how many signatures you need: 25, 50, 100, 250 or unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited companies and every template.
06Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year and work out cheaper than paying monthly. For example, Starter is £20 a month, or £144 a year (the same as £12 a month).
07Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where VAT applies.
08Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing dashboard whenever you like. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. We keep your account and data for 30 days afterwards in case you want to come back.
09Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees aren’t refundable, which is why we offer a 14-day free trial with no card needed. If we ever charge you in error, we’ll refund the incorrect amount promptly. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. See our refund policy for the details.
10What is White Label?
White Label is an add-on for agencies and resellers, available on the Business, Pro and Unlimited plans for £15 a month or £150 a year. It puts your agency name on all emails, your logo in the email header and your brand colour on buttons and headers, and lets you use your own sender name and email address.
11Can I manage signatures for more than one company?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited companies, each with its own brand colours and logo, so you can look after several brands or clients from one account.
12How do my team get their signatures?
If you connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, signatures are rolled out for you. Otherwise, you can email each person an install link: it opens a page with their signature and simple instructions for their email app.
13Can I add social links, banners and disclaimers?
Yes. You can add icons for 30 social and web links, plus add-ons including badges, promotional banners, legal or eco disclaimers, quotes and partner logos.
14Where is my data stored?
Your account data is stored with Supabase in EU regions, and payments are handled by Stripe, so we never store card numbers. We look after your data under UK GDPR, and we never sell it. Our privacy policy has the full details.
